Big Friendship: How We Keep Each Other Close by Ann Friedman, Aminatou Sow

emotional hopeful reflective medium-paced

3.5

I felt like this book had a lot of great information about different friendship theories but many of the ideas didn’t come together for me until the very last chapter. I felt like the lead up to them discussing just one friendship albeit one I didn’t know about ahead of time was interesting at times to hear about but at times the book felt very dense and I almost wish they’d talked more about the other friendships in their life more to provide a bit more variety of discussions around this topic. That being said it’s an interesting read for those wanting to read more about friendship and how to prioritize it in your life.
