I find it difficult to rate this book an expresse an opinion that isn't influenced by my own experience. I know I probably wouldn't have liked these poetries as much as I did if I hadn't experienced similar struggles with mental health/illness as the author, and that's why I it's difficult for me to have an objective opinion, so I'll just give up on that. I liked the poetries so much; they're hopeful, well written and the pure expression of the writer's feelings, which is the higher thing a piece of writing can aspire to be.
Graphic: Mental illness and Suicidal thoughts
Moderate: Eating disorder and Self harm
