Midnight Sun by Stephenie Meyer

This book is all I expected and then some more. It is fascinating to read this story I knew so well from Edward's perspective. It took me back to when I read the series for the first time.
Jasper and Emmet have a much more defined character in this book and I like it so much. It was also interesting to see how the Cullens used their gifts to their advantage besides the obvious ways we see in the previous books.

One thing to keep in mind before starting this book is - most of us were a lot younger when we read the other books in the series and related to the characters better. It won't exactly feel the same reading this book and might feel slightly unrelatable.

The emotions are raw throughout the book. Every emotion has been put into words and there are a lot of them. This book is an internal monologue.
