I'm not sure what to make of this book. In parts, I really liked it, but in others, it is really slow, and what on earth was that ending...... it's a clever thriller with a different plot and interesting characters that you either love or absolutely hate. There's no in between. It is an interesting thought-provoking theme of how victims are judged by the media/society. Excellent misdirection, so I can't explain the plot other than summarise blurb, a woman looking for a man who took her sister. Good stuff
Graphic: Confinement, Death, Domestic abuse, Drug use, Violence, Blood, Kidnapping, Stalking, and Murder
Moderate: Rape, Sexual assault, and Sexual violence
