I feel guilty admitting it, but this was a slog for me. It took me forever to finish it. I just never caught the current to propel me through with any real momentum. Honestly, it’s not the book, it’s me. It might be out of my league. There were definitely passages that I thought, wow, this is next level writing. Like profoundly thoughtful, nearly philosophical writing. So I know it’s a very good book. Just not the right book for me.
