When You Dare by Lori Foster

4.0

The crux of this story is about human trafficking, and the rescue of a group of females being held in Tijana. It picks up after the rescue when the hero, Dare, brought back two victims. One is his best friend's sister, who he originally went to save. The other woman is our heroine, Molly.
Molly believes that someone purposefully is responsible for her kidnapping and targeted her. Her father and stepmother are horrible people, and Molly is a famous romantic suspense writer who apparently has some very vocal and upset fans about one of her books. It could be any of these people.Dare doesn't want to leave Molly as he wants to keep her safe until they can figure out who is after her. Most of the book is spent trying to figure that out.
There wasn't a whole lot of action, but there were some tense moments where Molly was almost taken again in a parking lot. The ending had a lot happening in a short amount of pages, which included a fire, but they managed to safely bring down the bad guys.
