Honestly shocked how damn good this book was. Probably the best videogame to book adaptation I've ever read.
Thrall is an endlessly fascinating character with a really complex upbringing. This was a surprisingly adult novel and really fleshes out the Orcs.
Great characters, great plot, great pacing, truly impactful character moments, and all in all an outstanding book.
Well worth the read by any fan of fantasy as it could be easily picked up by anyone.
