The Common Rule: Habits of Purpose for an Age of Distraction by Justin Whitmel Earley

2.0

I did not read cover to cover, but I’m counting this book as read.

It rehashes most of what we already know about our needs to change our life. Change your habits. Limit your media & tech. Increase alone time and time with authentic life giving community. Spend time in the Word.

It packages it as a new revelation which it is not.

Also the author is very long winded. Perhaps because he wanted the book to look more like a novel and less like a pamphlet (which it could easily be)
