Yes, yesyesyes! This is everything I could have hoped for! I don't know if it was because I hated King of Pride and this rejuvenated something in me or what but I absolutely adore this book! I'm not usually a fan of second-chance romance but the way this was written and the characters were so amazing and so fun to go on this journey with. Highly recommend! Alessandra was a character I was so interested in when she appeared in the two books before, and seeing this glimpse into her life was so sad and took me on an emotional rollercoaster of emotions throughout. Her and Dominic's relationship going from what it was to the end of the book was absolutely spectacular. Like I said, I'm not a huge fan of second chance usually but seeing Dominic do absolutely anything to get Alessandra back healed a little part of my inner child which I really appreciated. Surprisingly, the constant flashbacks didn't bother me either and I actually enjoyed seeing their relationship develop in two different ways. This book was a little bit of an oddball for me because after King of Pride, I lost a little hope in the King of Sin series but I knew I would like King of Sloth so King of Greed was very "in the middle" for me. Safe to say I was pleasantly surprised and hope to see their relationship continue in the later additions to the series!
