I have to remind myself that I am not the target audience of this series so my main critiques of how it is unrealistic and predictable may not be so valid. Is it starting to feel a bit far fetched that two kids continue to outsmart adults? Yes, but I suppose they did get outmaneuvered early in this book. Was the plot twist predictable? Yes but maybe not to a child reader. Still lots of fun and adventurous overall.
