The Happiness Hypothesis: Finding Modern Truth in Ancient Wisdom by Jonathan Haidt

4.0

Worthwhile in examining ancient wisdom, mostly religious in nature, against current trends in psychological research. Haidt's style is accessible when he's doing a literature review, which is about a third of the book, broken across chapters. I'm not sure I know much more about happiness at this point, but I'll continue meditating on it to see if anything sticks.
