There was a lot of emotions going on inside my brain that makes everything so exciting yet stressful. I already spoiled myself for the ending but there were things that still shocked me. I am in awe at the moment. It was everything I wished and did not wish for.
To Audible and Graphic Audio, you guys made it such a magical and wonderful world. Thank you for giving life into it! You are amazing! đ„č special mentions Anthony Palmini and Melody Muze.
A Court Of Wings and Ruin is the ending that I never expected.
There was a lot of events happened in the story that was continued from #ACOMAF and it was full of juicy details. There are no words to describe how beautiful the story is. I know some people would have to fight over things that never happened. But to me, it was all good. People wouldâve thought that âThe Court Of Dreamsâ would be incomplete at the end but Iâd rather see it like the way the author had written it. Why would anyone want them to die just because Rhysand said such beautiful speech before the war started? It was all I could asked for. Thanks to SJM for that.
1. Women Empowerment â throughout the story, women proved that they, too, can lead and whole court into battle and more. They, too, have the courage to go into war with all their being â sacrificing for what truly is important for them. And lastly, they, too, can be so f*cking sexy while holding a sword.
There was a scene when women unified the whole courts into an impending war. It was that moment that made me raised my hand and literally said, âYES!â. I was in awe and so proud of that moment.
2. A lot of CLICHĂ moments and lines.
People may not like it and so am I. Or so I thought! I devoured everything. Every line Rhysand had said â to Feyre and to his family â The Court of Dreams. I am in so much delight to every words.
3. Carver died. An immortal and strong being died.
What was that for? I donât get it. Why? Can anyone tell me about this? I need a valid answer. Because I can in my light of day thought that it would die just like that? It knows the future â probably â so does that mean that it just wants to die? To die with integrity? What integrity? Because it helped in a war? How about those that were killed by that? And it became something so likable? What in the world is happening?
4. Undeserved redemptions.
Tamlin â you are my favorite character during ACOTAR. He was stubborn but with a heart. But you, two-faced liar. You definitely deserve jail time if possible. You locked Feyre. You sided Hybern because of Feyre and selfishness. There was a lot to blame on you. But as I glanced back, if it was a different situation â would you do what you did? Or was it the same all over again? I still love you and YOU DESERVE the redemption. I donât care. If Rhysand did then so are you. You just made bad choices.
Archeron Dad â so after all these years, thatâs how he wants redemption? Was it enought? Maybe. But there was also a lot of painful stuff he did or did not do. So I am not sure. đ€
Eris â doesnât deserve any redemption. He chose to be that character whatever or whoever he was with. He was still a bast@rd with Morrigan and I donât like it.
5. The Court of Dreams
So no one died. Whatâs the matter? Not every author let those dreamy characters live so yes, thank you SJM! It was all I could ever asked for!
6. I hate Primadonna Nesta. Thatâs all.
7. Morâs struggle was painful to read.
I felt it in my every bone. All her struggle. All of it. Just to hide her true self to anyone especially to her family and would never see a day of light. Ever. It was difficult but it was understood. Thank you SJM for that. This was probably one of my fave scene.
8. Azriel
Mor and Az are mates but complications arise. So now, let me have a book full of Azriel and happiness. He deserves every bits of it. And everyone deserves happiness!
9. RHYSAND
I am definitely a sucker for you and your cringey words. đ
This might be edited after I can really think about this. This was written right after reading.
