I den innerste kretsen by Viveca Sten

"Closed circles" is a typical easy-read of its genre, driven by both the main crime to be solved and the main characters, Nora and Thomas', personal stories.

The book continues a year after the first one ended; Thomas is no longer single (sort of), even though he doesn't act like it and probably is at the beginning of the next book. Nora is still working the same job in Stockholm, and still fighting with her even more selfish husband.

Once again it's the middle of the summer in Sandhamn, the tourists have forgotten last years crime and is back, happier than ever. The lucky ones who owns a summer house are going on with their life in the exact same way as last year. Then a murder happens, just like last year. We're given clues, hints and it's all quite easily guessed before the ending. At least almost all of it.

The language flows nicely, and despite a few spelling errors (such as the name of the main character at one point!) and hints of the author not knowing anything about computers, its a book you can relax with; have a cup of tea and dream of the warm summer days that's just passed.
