This is a re-read for me, this book has been my Roman Empire since I read it last February. I think about it all the time and I enjoyed reading it the second time just as much as I did the first time. I love these characters with my whole heart. The struggles we see with Kamran dealing with grief and betrayal in contrast to Alizeh and Cyrus’ bantery relationship progression is just *chefs kiss*. This book may not have much in the way of a plot, but it does no wrong in my opinion.
