Blood Feast by Vela Roth
5.0
“Have I mentioned that you’re beautiful when you threaten people?”
I have been thinking about reading this book since Blood Gift came out last year and it did NOT disappoint. I am so emotionally invested in not only Lio and Cassia’s journey, but also all the side characters as well. I loved getting to go back and revisit this world and all the lovely Hesperines!
My favorite part about this book was getting to experience Cassia figuring out the ropes of becoming a Hesperine. Cassia, to me, has always been more Hesperine than human, so it was so much fun to FINALLY make it to this new chapter of Cassia’s life. It was not without its challenges, but it was so worth it!
Blood Feast was the perfect follow up to Blood Gift and I cannot WAIT to see what happens next!
Thank you to Vela for the eARC
