Who knew I wanted to read a "fae" book about goblins? But I did, I really did. This book had been on my shelves for a really long time and I'm thrilled I finally picked it up. It was dark and bloody, but in the end, I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. I've been out of the "ya" realm of fantasy for a while now, but this worked for me because it had deeper meaning and exploration of trauma, grief, and healing.
