Wasn't satisfied with the ending - it seemed to come from nowhere and felt like a cop-out somehow? Not really sure how else to describe the ending aside from that it felt hastily thrown together in comparison to the rest of the book.
I enjoyed John's narration of the story though, and I liked the beginning of the book. Once it got to the second half the back and forth perspectives and timelines were a little too confusing for me to keep up with.
I might give this book a re-read/listen again in the fall because I want to like this as much and I enjoyed Wolf In White Van.
