Her Name Is Knight by Yasmin Angoe

4.0

This book was so close to being a true 4 star but I’m giving it 3.75⭐️. The holes left in the plot left me more frustrated rather than longing. Though I love the story line and the rawness and pure sadness of Nena’s life, her character was often confusing to me. I think it took me a while to truly understand her development, which was being knitted together by her past and present. Around 70% completion, I started to enjoy the read more but the ending was a bit meh. I know that there are other books but not sure if I want to continue.
