Recursion by Blake Crouch

4.0

Having not long since read and enjoyed his formulaic-but-fun [b:Dark Matter|27833670|Dark Matter|Blake Crouch|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1472119680l/27833670._SY75_.jpg|43161998] I thought this put a more inventive spin on (intentionally) similar territory. There are echoes of the pulp SF classic [b:Time and Again|40526|Time and Again (Time, #1)|Jack Finney|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1393198563l/40526._SY75_.jpg|6887879], but this is altogether a more thrilling and frenetic ride than that rather sedate and dreamlike fare. I am a bit bemused at the discussions re the plausibility of 'the science'. Just go with it - t's a b-movie - it's all bollocks!
