Your Gender Book: Helping You to Be You! by Ben Pechey

Did not finish book.
for a book that's supposed to be about gender, it's not nearly as inclusive as i'd hoped :(

there are several rather harmful common misconceptions, and poor explanations of different identities (bi is a person who likes both boys and girls, gay means mlm, aromanticism not included at all and asexuality explained as not wanting sex, ...)

it does have its good parts and i like the concept but it just felt ... off

– a trans person who's sick of his identity being simplified
