What started out as a monster story quickly became one about an EVIL corporation. While Evil Corp was dealt with monster never was. Particularly boring, this book featured a cast of uninspiring characters that I couldn't care less about. The constant shoehorning of a romantic subplot was terrible. My second book from Mr. Keene I like it no better than the first and do not feel compelled to pursue any of his other writings. A shame really because people keep saying such great things.
