Very good introductory fantasy book. A majority of the book is a very domestic fish out of water plot that may be boring to some but I found entertaining and a good introduction to the ACOTAR/TOG/CC world building/Sarah J. Moss’s writing style. The climax of the story comes in quite late and feels a bit rushed but isn’t awful.
Graphic: Confinement, Death, Racism, Slavery, Murder, and Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Cursing, Sexual content, Torture, Death of parent, and Colonisation
Minor: Sexual assault and War
