Unhinged alert! You'd Look Better as a Ghost is a darkly funny thriller that follows Claire, a secret serial killer who is grieving the loss of her father. We see Claire as she balances life going to her group grief meetings and struggling to keep her serial killer hobby secret.

This made me laugh out loud so many times but wow it was violent and triggering as heck (for me personally). I would recommend it, but I certainly will not read it again.

We follow two timelines where we see childhood Claire and current Claire going through her life grieving, picking out her next victim and trying to stay one step ahead of the person who knows her secret.

The story didn't really shock me or anything but I was entertained. It did what I needed it to do and I appreciate that.
