I have been reading a lot of romance books lately and they have all been about the budding romance. I have been wanting to read a book that was more about marital love. This book was a pleasant surprise. It is such a beautiful story.
It was a tough read. It broke my heart and healed me at the same time.
I have never seen a better depiction of grief put in words. It is so beautifully and honestly written. It is a heartbreaking, yet heartwarming story about love, loss, giving life another chance, and believing that life can give us more than one great love story.
Do yourself a favor and give this book a well-deserved read. And yes... don't forget your box of tissues.
