Tom's Midnight Garden Graphic Novel by Édith

I had never heard of this classic until I found this graphic novel during my routine public library graphic novel browsing. It was really interesting! I liked the idea of going into another time period - it’s kind of like what I imagined The Secret Garden would be but that book is nothing like this (I mean, they both have gardens....).
I enjoyed the mystery of Hatty’s story as Tom tried to piece it together. I’m mildly interested in reading the actual book but I feel like this adaptation is a good stand-in if I never get to the actual book.
