Did not finish book. Stopped at 30%.
I kept feeling like I was missing stuff so I'd go back, and nope, he was just rushing it. Which is saying something for a million page book.
Also, jeezuz, the male gaze much?
2D characters and kind of unclear explanations.
Really cool world, though. The Adam/Eve/Serpent thing seemed really interesting, too bad I won't know what happens there. Guess I'll read a summary.
I don't usually get this far into a big book and then quit, but then I realized I just didn't care. I was kind of rooting for Quinn Dexter because he felt like the only character that actually gave a shit about achieving a goal...
