The art and colors of this graphic novel is very attractive, as are some aspects of the story itself. A parallelism within our own plane, all hidden in plain sight? I'm no doubt interested in following up with the story but admitting it truly isn't impressive or mind blowing. It's not a beacon of maturity, mostly when it comes to the characters, not even the adults behave very accordingly and then again, it's a graphic novel.

Bottom line: It is not bright, but entertaining and bold looking.
