The Killer Book of Serial Killers: Incredible Stories, Facts and Trivia from the World of Serial Killers by Tom Philbin, Michael Philbin

4.0

I enjoyed the overview but felt like it could have been more detailed, not in a gruesome way, but in a factual way. I feel like I know more about the murderer’s background than their victims and that’s not quite right.

This book is an eye opener into the world of serial murder, certainly not a full account of the crimes but rather, a glance. It skips out on Jack the Ripper, the Golden State Killer, and the Zodiac (perhaps because they were nameless at the time of publishing).

It was interesting to read about international serial killers as well, I had never heard about any of those crimes.
