Blood, Bones, & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef by Gabrielle Hamilton

3.0

I tend to gravitate towards books about food, and even though the food/restaurant industry is dominated by men, I often find myself reading memoirs about the female chefs of the world. Like other female chefs, Gabrielle tells a very unique story, one that I found interesting and rich in details (particularly about the food, of course). Though it's not all food, all the time, the meals she mentioned will make your mouth water!
