Alpha male meets alpha female...they both win
Breaking Meredith is and isn't what you think it will be. Yes, Meredith is willful and a spoiled brat doing whatever she wants, but she thinks she is so much better than her stepbrother who a criminal. Simon's personality unfolds over a good part of the book. But needless to say, he's not the unfeeling Spider everyone thinks he is.
I'm not a fan of dark, criminal element, heavy violence plots, but that's not a big part of this book. This book is more character driven and as we learn more about Meredith and Simon and they learn more about themselves the romance takes precedence. A twisty tale, this story is perfect for a summer read.
