The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid

adventurous funny sad fast-paced

4.5

I really liked the premise for this book. I haven't really read a book like it. The author could've just written the fake autobiography of Evelyn Huego, but it wouldn't have been nearly as compelling. Even though Monique's role in the book was relatively small compared to all of Evelyn's story, it was essential and kept the book engaging. On top of this, the book is a charming queer romance that explores the unique experience of bisexuality and the vitalness of found family.
