If this book had been read by anyone other than January LaVoy I would have DNF’d it.

As far as the story goes, it was ok. As a legal thriller it fell far short.

I have respect for Mary for following her heart and intuition, but she was also kind of naive.

I would have loved for this story to have more action and excitement, and I won’t be reading the subsequent books either.
