The Escape Manual for Introverts by Katie Vaz
4.0
As an introvert, I was immediately drawn to this book's title. If anyone spends too much time inside their heads coming up with hypothetical escape strategies from social situations, it would definitely be introverts like me. But I never knew it was something I needed, as I've never seen a beautifully illustrated book offering advice like this. At first glance, my interest was instantly piqued and I had to click to see what was inside. And I was not disappointed!
The Escape Manual for Introverts offers advice on how to escape several social situations with friends, relatives, strangers, you name it. And while much of the advice is humorous, I could relate to it all. I might have even used some of this advice already!
I love the concept of this book and I am in awe of how cute the drawings are. I believe this book would be a great gift for your introverted friend or anyone who experiences social awkwardness from time to time. Cute, funny read, for sure.
