after a promising 1st book i was actually happy to read this one. only to be disappointed.
nick is totally unlovable, always saying how he made a mistake and how he’s not perfect (can’t count how many times he said that as an excuse for his shitty past behavior). and i loved how and saying i made mistakes ain’t solving the problem, man. not even that you were young. young people don’t have to make mistakes like that.
and he fucking laughs when she calls him out on his behavior? who tf is he?

coco should have known her worth, this man doesn’t deserve her even when she didn’t give me anything. there are many fish in the sea, babes. just because he was the first fish you caught doesn’t mean you have to keep it.
i didn’t mind the writing but the story overall just wasn’t giving anything. they shouldn’t have ended up together.
