I listened to this and it was very hard for me to follow and understand for the first 2/3rds. The last 1/3rd made more sense and I understood it. Basically the point was that our perception of things can affect our biology. Which really could have been explained much simpler and shorter for the average Joe to understand. It also seemed like I was listening to a lecture instead of book, you even catch him say "um" a few times.
