Facing Codependence by J. Keith Miller, Andrea Wells Miller, Pia Mellody

emotional hopeful informative reflective medium-paced

3.0

I found it useful and insightful, as the first book on the topic I've read. However in general, I wasn't a fan of the author's writing style. She puts too much of her opinion in it (starting sentences with "in my opinion...") - I'm guessing her first book?

I bookmarked and highlighted stuff to delve into more and for that I have to say it's worth reading for anyone interested in codependency.  Skip over anything irrelevant though.
