Dr. Jennifer comes to the table with the receipts! This is one of the best, most well researched, anti racist books I’ve read. Dr. Eberhardt is one of the world’s leading experts on unconscious bias. She provides both personal experience evidence, examples of historical bias, and interactions with the folks she has educated in unconscious bias.
I felt a lot of emotions while reading this. But mostly I felt privileged to be reading this book and receiving this information. If you are an anti racist reader. A lover of nonfiction. Or just someone who digs on facts and statistics in regards to humans and bias this book is a must read. I think everyone should read it personally. An easy 5/5
