Oz Reimagined: New Tales from the Emerald City and Beyond by John Joseph Adams, Douglas Cohen (Editor)
5.0
This past Norwescon, I had 15 minutes before Seanan McGuire's panel, and I needed something to have her sign. I ran down to the dealer's room and saw this. I've always loved Oz, there's something dreamy yet dark about the stories that take place there, while still having undercurrents of hope.
This anthology hits it out of the park, imo. There is not a dud story in the group. On the contrary, page after page I was pleasantly surprised, if not stunned at the imagination and creativity when faced with the task to "Reimagine Oz."
And yes, I got it signed :)
