okayy so i probably shouldn't have read this right after crime and punishment.
im sorry but the ,,punishment " part was a bit too similar for me. and that's not really a problem, because the books make sense this way, but still it wasn't as enjoyable. however, i think if I've read them like a year apart than it would've been perfectly fine.
the philosophy was harder to follow than in crime and punishment which was a suprise tbh
and it was quite predictable, but again I dont think that's an issue with this book.
amd also there were really boring parts, but if you think about them, you realise why they were there.

and please don't expect a queer love story, or anything really!
