I think we all can agree that Kirnon is a piece of you know what from beginning to END! I wonder if he always had an issue with her being a witch or if it only happened after he left home? Or maybe she was good enough to be with but not as a wife? There’s plenty of people like that so who knows!
Anyways! After the cliffhanger on book one i couldn’t WAIT to read this one! I felt so bad for Skarlyt having to go through all of that alone. But at the same time she really did it to herself! I do get that she was embarrassed about letting Kirnon dupe her twice tho!
I just KNEW Lennox’s first mate was gonna be Olivia! And *side eye* for her trying to get Lennox to give her a baby! And she definitely knew what would happen if she turned her back on him and she still did it! SMDH! Payback is a B!
