My absolute hatred for this book motivated me to finish it. I can see how the main character could be relatable for some but I think this book just wasn't for me. There were a few things I liked: The deadpan humor, the absurdity, the writing, etc. However, it was not an enjoyable read at all. (And it's not trying to be) And it came off as a bit pretentious tbh.
