#magicalreadathon2018: Christmas at Hogwarts
Prompt: Visit the owlery and bring Hedwig an Xmas treat - Read a book with a creature in the title, on the cover, that's about an animal, etc

4.5/5

As someone who found the movie very "meh", this audiobook was SO interesting and quite awe inspiring.

This is an audio documentary about all the behind-the-scenes work that went into the Crimes of Grindelwald movie. Did you know they never actually left London to film this damn thing??? It was all design, built and painted sets.
This goes into the sets, the research, the costumes, the acting choices, what it's like being an extra on set, the animal training, the CGI...
Basically, all the small details that go into creating the atmosphere and magic of the movie.

I am stunned by all the work put in by the film industry. Now, I just wish I had enjoyed the actual script and story more. I still recommend this for Potter fans and movie fans alike.
