"Remember something for me, okay? When the moon is full and bright and you're singing for all the world to hear, I'll be looking up at the same moon, and I'll be singing right back to you"
Putting it all out on the table; I was concerned on how much I was going to like this addition to the Green Creek series at first. While I've liked Robbie since his introduction in Wolfsong. I didn't know how I felt about taking up residency in his POV for a novel. But early on you find Klune has broken a bit of their usual mold and takes you on a journey of finding your way home.
The emotional hangover I'm going to have when I finish the series is going to have such a hold on me. Heartsong I think has easily become my current favorite of the series. There's just something about this journey that hits a bit more for me than even Ravensong. I guess I'll have to have them fight for the number one spot after Brothersong 🤣
"A home is a place. But it can also be a person."
