Physical/audiobook (Hoopla) - such a dramatic book with massive twists and turns throughout. The author really has a way with making the reader fall fully in love with the story giving one heart for the characters right before she shreds it with betrayal and loss Willow and Gray’s story mostly completes for now leaving us while cherished character Margot is trapped in hell with Johnathan and Beelzebub.
The new sprayed edges special edition cuts out the original chapter 47 and epilogue leaving readers with even more unknowns to the ending story making the ending even less satisfying and an even bigger cliff hanger than previous editions.
Favorite Quotes:
“I could want to fuck him and plan to slit his throat all in the same breath, and maybe that was the best way to do it.” - Willow
“I was no stranger to going into terrifying situations alone, and in fact, it was where I found comfort. I could rely on myself, always. It was everyone else who constantly disappointed me. Every moment of every day, I stood alone when things got tough.” - Willow
“Absolutely not, I will not fuck the murderer.” - Willow
