Another good entry in this young adult dystopian fantasy series, set in a town where everyone over the age of 15 just disappeared one day 8 months before.

The author utilises the strong cast of characters built up in the previous books, and there is a genuine sense that nearly anyone could die. This book mixed it up a bit by splitting up the characters for most of the novel, and it benefited from seeing some different combinations of people.

Looking forward to picking up the next in the series at some point.
