Keegan
Growing up under the control of Salvatore, the most brutal and sadistic man ever known, head of the cartel. Keegan made a choice many years ago that he would not live under his thumb any longer. He has been running for 10 years, living in the wilderness, alone is how he has survived for so long. Until he comes across a wreckage, scavenging for goods to trade Keegan did not expect to comes across a man, pinned down and about to become a grizzly’s dinner, Keegan made a choice to save August and it was the best decision he’s ever made.
August
he has everything he could want in life. Gorgeous looking, rich, fame, celebrity and a boyfriend. The fast and high life is what they live, on the way to another photoshoot in a private plane his boyfriend asks for a break, to see other people, the kicker is that his boyfriend had already been seeing other people without August knowledge… I believe that’s called cheating, heart broken and devastated by the betrayal how could this trip get any worse? Birds… that’s how it can get worse… they flew into the jet engine and August’s life changed forever. Waking up surrounded by the bodies of friends that he once laughed with, in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness, freezing and bleeding out, sure he was going to die…..August almost gave up hope until a man covered in furs saved his life, Keegan.
what follows is a fight for survival, every meal, drink, breath is earned and fought for. Two men finding comfort in one another, trusting each other at their most vulnerable states, dignity had no meaning when trying to survive in the wild. August learned so much about himself, how materialistic life was, how much he appreciated the smallest things in life, heat, a warm meal …. August also learns what true love and devotion is, what loyalty is, what beauty comes from small acts of service. Keegan learns what it’s like to love for the first time in his life, craving August in every way, what’s it’s like to take care someone other than himself. Keegan is no longer just surviving until the next day, he’s now living for the first time in his life, all thanks to August.
