The Power of Strangers: The Benefits of Connecting in a Suspicious World by Joe Keohane

informative inspiring medium-paced

5.0

This book changed the way I interact with people in a really good way. It's written in a very engaging way, and there's research-backed information on how connecting with strangers in addition to those in your community can increase a sense of belonging and wellbeing, and how taking the time to converse with others helps break down barriers between individuals and groups that are traditionally diametrically opposed. I've talked to my friends about this book ad nauseum, and I'd highly recommend it to anybody, anywhere.
