Nevertheless, She Persisted: Flash Fiction Project by Diana M. Pho

This was my first foray into flash fiction, and I find that it's not for me, but I loved how differently each author interpreted the prompt. I preferred the ones with more overt feminist leanings given the quote that inspired the project, and some, like "Anabasis" by Amal El-Mohtar, were breathtakingly executed. It's for the ones like hers that I'm bumping this up to four stars.
