This is definitely a perfect summer book! I now want to go to Bali see magical waterfalls and spice up a bookshop myself. It felt like I was taking a vacation while reading.
I do have to say that I felt like the book was more focused on the fixing up the bookshop than the relationship between Clare and Jack. Once the romance picked up it really, really loved it and before that I really enjoyed the bookshop part but I just thought it would be a bit more romance focused.
I think this is a book for every book lover because who doesn’t dream about fixing up a bookshop and falling in love? I had a wonderful time reading this and would absolutely recommend it!
