A good romance with great character development, dual POV, and a twisting plot that will keep you hooked through to the end. I really resonated with a lot of the themes in this book and I loved the way that Kennedy handled them. I really connected with this story, these characters and their struggles. Highly recommend for romance fans anywhere. Though, I would check the trigger warnings just in case. There are heavy themes relating to SA and DV. Kennedy handles it excellently but if those topics are triggering for you I would recommend doing more research or looking elsewhere.
